Cancellation policy:
Due to the specific Esteban Toledo Family Foundation Charity Pro-Am – Regulations Cancellation Rules, BEST4GOLF / Esteban Toledo Family Foundation are aligning their cancellation policies. Please read carefully Reservations Article above with specific “Deadlines required”.
For all golf packages:
Cancellation made up to 60 days prior to departure - penalty equals deposit paid less a $500 cancelation fee. Cancellation made between 59 - 45 days prior to departure - penalty is 50% of package price. Cancellation made between 44 - 15 days prior to departure - penalty is 75% of package price. Cancellation within 14 days of departure or No shows - the penalty is 100% of package price. All cancellations must be received in the BEST4GOLF office in writing after notification by phone.

Responsibility:
BEST4GOLF in association with ETFF, (Esteban Toledo Family Foundation) will endeavor to satisfy clients' requirements; nevertheless, we must reserve the right at any time to withdraw any application or to cancel any bookings made by clients. In which event no liability whatsoever, in respect of such cancellation or withdrawal shall fall upon BEST4GOLF / ETFF and the monies shall be refunded to the client.
BEST4GOLF / ETFF issue all vouchers, book all transport arrangements and hotel reservations as agent only, upon the express condition that they shall not be held liable for any injury damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any default in any vehicle or through act of default on any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger(s), or in carrying out the arrangements on the vacation(s) or otherwise in connection therewith, or of conditions of the carriers' standard ticket. BEST4GOLF / ETFF do not accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes, in air, rail, road, sea or other services, quarantine, sickness, strikes, war, weather, or other causes. Such losses and expenses will have to be borne by the passengers. Transportation companies whose services are featured in these packages are not to be held responsible for any act, omissions or event during the time passengers are not on board their conveyance. The passage contract in use by these companies when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the companies and the passenger. BEST4GOLF / ETFF or its agents can assume no responsibility for lost tickets or coupons.
Insurance:
Cancellation insurance is highly recommended. Trip cancellation, medical & hospital, baggage and sporting coverage are available for your special Esteban Toledo Los Cabos Charity Pro AM Golf Tournament Package. By not taking insurance, you are fully liable for all penalties imposed as stated under Cancellation Policy on this page.
