1. Van De Veere Construction's ongoing project with the magnificent Hotel Laguna (in the heart of Laguna Beach):The initial project included the art gallery entry, hallways, flooring, ceilings/walls, stairways, trim and five select rooms. Outside, we resurrected an old staircase from the parking lot to the patio restaurant to improve access, serviceability and aesthetics. The owner and manager, are wonderful to work with, and the job went without a hitch. This is a lifelong project with continued maintenance and improvements.
2. Laguna Sound Studio and Lounge (in downtown Laguna Beach):
Soundproofing and acoustic were the most technical aspects, but as it turns out, the "vibe" and experience of the studio lounge, delights visitors and musicians. ...Great music being made there!!
3. Remodel project in Villa Park:
We redesigned the overall look and feel of the house. We have remained close friends with the owners and continue to provide services for them. The value of the home nearly doubled with the improvements and spectacular new appearance.

Soundproofing is BOOMING (a well muffled boom of course)!!
We have recently finished soundproofing projects in Dr.'s offices in LA and San Deigo, a Recording Studio in Laguna Beach and in the Hollywood area, a Cross-fit gym, and an industrial office with shipping and manufacturing noises. Our engineer has even soundproofed an artificial heart, a power-plant and a hydro-electric dam! Just to name a few of our current projects. Scroll down to view video. -
